Jamie Higgins sent texts to say what time he would arrive, did so punctally. Diagnosed the problem within five minutes of arrival, explained what he was going to do, said he had bought the suspect part replacement. Gave an estimate for payment, completed the job, tested and left working. Cleaned up aftrr finishing.
