  James has worked on 4 of my properties, predominantly resolving damp proofing issues His work was spot on, the mess was kept to an absolute minimum during each project (tenants were living in the properties while work was being carried out), the end results were perfect for each house Super happy with the service and results

  Brilliant work of damp proofing

  James did a very good job of damp proofing our walls, he was very professional, polite and he always arrives on time, he left our place very tidy (I've never come across anyone as tidy as him) and he was very efficient too. I definitely recommend James because he has done a brilliant job!!!

  A trustworthy company with high technical expertise and solution driven.

  James at Pattern IQ Ltd came to inspect our property, he demonstrated his highly technical expertise in identifying causes of damp and mould and remedial action. He came across as reliable, honest and trustworthy, providing key information to make informed decisions. There was no hard sell. He demonstrated a genuine concern to resolve issues. I would highly recommend him. He knows what he is talking about and tackles issues head on , giving very clear guidance.
