    Five stars. Pat visited the property to provide a quote and the work was completed within a week. Professional and high quality work, Pat even remove our light fitting and radiator to give the best outcome. Clear and prompt comms from Sarah, who handled all the admin. Pat was flexible and worked around our timings too. Really happy with the job - high quality & reasonable price.

    Excellent Plasterer in Bromley

    Delighted with the work completed in my through lounge including; boarding a door and serving hatch, replastering walls and two ceilings, and adding sharp edges to the window surrounds. There were large areas that needed taking back to the brick due to crumbling and blown plaster and one ceiling had multiple cracks. All work was carried out with attention to detail and confidence that comes from years of experience. Pat was also able to put me in touch with a trusted electrician, plumber and carpenter who all had the same high standard and fair pricing. Absolutely would recommend.

    We were recommended to Pat by a friend. He came and gave us loads of useful advise and was very professional. He has just completed building and plastering works in our new home and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was courteous, easy to get on with and the finish is great. Would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him again for our new extension

Hi, my name is Pat Smith, and I have been in the building industry for many years, servicing the local community in and around Bromley, but I also happily travel further afield.

Plastering is a skill that needs to be mastered and understood, and I have a real passion for it! Although I have found over the recent years that a lot of my clients are also in need of a good, reliable, trustworthy builder, so I therefore offer a professional building service as well, and am able to tap into a wealth of professional industry contacts.

This is family business, and it would not be able to operate as smoothly and as efficiently as it does without the help of my fantastic wife, running the back office. We pride ourselves on honesty, reliability, quality and value for money. We are aware of the customers’ needs and concerns and we are always on hand to offer advice and help.

It is important to us to reassure the customer and to make sure that the project goes smoothly and that everyone is happy and satisfied with the end result - half of our business is from referrals!

I have given my time in the past to help a family in need through the BBC DIY SOS Big Build programme. It was an amazing and humbling experience, and I loved every moment of it. Being able to help somebody less fortunate whilst having the experience of working alongside the BBC team was a real privilege.
