  Patrick is a dependable builder. He is always available and is contactable. He gives constant updates on the progress of the job. I have engaged him many times when my house needs doing. He has helped me with painting the whole house, roof leak, replacing the whole toilet, laminate flooring and garden. He is definitely a very knowledgeable builder who can be trusted.
