Really traumatised, floor and wall tiling was carried out, the tiles on walls was attached via dot and dab, bad cuts, hardie backer board on floor not placed in corners and missing on edges meaning weak points wobbly tiles which de-bond. Chipped tiles, lots of rubbish some of which wasn’t even from our tiling left for me to dispose. Please see evidence of photos attached. I was nervous and scared due to manner with us. Huge financial loss of hundreds of pounds and emotional damage.
Response from P & A Tiling
I am deeply saddened by this review and your attempt to question my professionalism and the quality of my work. I stepped in after another tiler had let you down and worked respectfully alongside your family during my time in your home. The night before the final day, I received accusatory messages from you that were upsetting. Other members of your family assured me they were happy with my work and attitude. Due to the nature of the messages and false allegations, we mutually agreed I would not complete the job, and you paid a significantly reduced price for the work already completed to a high standard.
Since then, you have continued to target my business and character, to the point that I’ve had to seek legal advice. I want to reassure potential clients that I can provide evidence supporting my version of events. My many positive reviews reflect my genuine work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction. One photo shown is from a previous tiler who used a different adhesive. The only photo of my work would have been fine had I finished the windowsill. I always strive for open communication and satisfaction in every job I do.
