Really traumatised, floor and wall tiling was carried out, the tiles on walls was attached via dot and dab, bad cuts, hardie backer board on floor not placed in corners and missing on edges meaning weak points wobbly tiles which de-bond. Chipped tiles, lots of rubbish some of which wasn’t even from our tiling left for me to dispose. Please see evidence of photos attached. I was nervous and scared due to manner with us. Huge financial loss of hundreds of pounds and emotional damage.

Dan tiled our floor during a kitchen refit. He advised on the kind of tiles we thought we wanted, made his suggestions and offered some alternatives. His advice before the work started saved us some money! His work ethic was second to none. He made sure everything was up to our standard and frequently asked us if we were happy with the progress. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Got in touch with Dan to retile my front porch/vestibule. It’s a small area but we encountered an issue once the old tiles were removed. Dan was able to fix the issue straight away and continue on. The final product is amazing! Very happy with the tiles I had chosen and the fantastic work Dan did.

Dan was prompt with his response to the initial enquiry about the job required. Quote provided and was extremely reasonably priced. Clean and tidy whilst the job was carried out, good communication with what was involved in the job. Attention to detail in his workmanship is first class. Have already recommended him to friends and would to anyone who asked if they knew a tiler.

Dan tiled our kitchen. Overall the tiles on two walls look great but there is some lippage on one wall which is disappointing and affects the overall aesthetic. Dan did clean but the floor was a real mess and I would have preferred the floor to be covered - if I'd have realised I would have done this myself but it would have saved grout and dust getting everywhere. Considering whether to have the lippage issue rectified or whether I can live with it. Very reasonable cost and a very friendly person who turned up on time, but I'd have paid extra for a perfect finish.
