Phil was excellent at keeping me informed, from the prompt response to my initial email, the quote and then the arrival time on the day. Work carried out to a high standard at a very reasonable price. We had a few cracked kitchen floor tiles on top of underfloor heating. We were concerned that replacing them might damage the heating but Phil did a great job of carefully removing and replacing them. Very friendly and professional.
