Jim boarded a section of our loft for storage and gave honest advice that we didn’t need the whole area done. The finished space is bigger than expected, and he even added a sturdy barrier around the edge - a thoughtful touch. He also found and fixed a leak in our garden room door, quickly and efficiently. We’ve used Jim before, and he’s now our go‑to for any job, big or small. We highly recommend him!

Jim installed a whole new kitchen for us, including fitting a herringbone parquet wooden floor with underfloor heating. He has a comprehensive set of woodworking equipment and made a lot of special wood fittings to complete the job. He’s a great guy and did a high class job, excellent. Highly recommended.

We needed built in wardrobe and cupboards for our main bedroom. James did a great job for us last time, so he was first on our list! James listened to what we needed and designed a great storage solution for us. He always arrived on time and communicated if he was delayed (which only happened once) employing James always feels like a collaborative and fun experience! He's a good communicator, honest and very skilled and has a great sense of humour. We really recommend him!

Jim is a skilled carpenter and can turn his hand to any woodwork task. He rebuilt some patio doors for us and completely repaired rotten woodwork at the front of our house. He also did a great job redecorating. Highly recommended

Jim did a number of jobs for me and I was very happy with the quality of the work. He created fitted wardrobes for me in quiet and awkward space. He created a tall shelving unit in another room. Also he created and fitted a mantlepiece. Im very happy with all of them.
