Patryk & his guys from Pat Builders have recently completely rewired my flat. Having lived here for 44 years there’s a lot of “stuff” I am completely delighted with the work. Polite, Conscientious, Tidy & Highly Professional throughout & at a very competitive price. He “worked around” me without me having to leave my home which was appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Was very impressed with the way Patryk and his team dealt with my work. I thought the build was not possible due to drainage and he returned my deposit very quickly. After he was able to assure me that it was possible after engaging London Building Regs, I ask him to compete the work which is nearing completion now. Quality of the work is of a very high standard with very good building materials used. The workers are very polite and maintain good communication while the work is progressing.
