Matt was recommended to service my boiler. Issues seen with hot water pressure, delivery to taps and temperature. I was away from the property all day and Matt kept me fully informed as the job was much bigger than expected requiring significant new parts and ££ outlay. Having never met Matt before I found him extremely honest and I trusted his judgment and advice. He completed the job to ensure I had a fully working boiler that can be maintained and serviced for many more years. This was a tough job and Matt’s very high standards, expertise and workmanship were truely appreciated. Thank you!

Top service again from Matt. My overflow pipe was dripping. I messaged Matt and he was more than happy to work around my work commitments. The problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Matt's done quite a few jobs for me over the years and I wouldn't use anyone else. He's always reliable and friendly. I can't recommend him too highly.

Very good service

Our boiler needed a service, as it was making some worrying noises, and three radiators needed replacing, due to their age and condition. The work was carried out to an excellent standard, I was asked if I was happy as works progressed, as the new radiators projected out further from our wall than the old. This did not look right one of the radiators and a solution was found to amend this straight away, which I was really pleased with. I think my flat was left tidier than is was before the works started. Very happy.

Matt is a very nice guy and has always done a brilliant job servicing my boiler. He sourced the replacement part locally, went off to pick it up before fitting it. He left the place tidy. I definitely recommend him.

I've been calling on Matt for help for over ten years now. This time, he replaced my shower mixer bar, which had seized up, and tracked down the cause of some worryingly noisy vibrating pipework. Matt's great. He's a perfectionist (an artist with the silicone!) and he's always considerate of the fixtures and fittings in my home. He also communicates promptly and keeps me informed about what's happening. He really knows his stuff, too.
