Fantastic service. Paul attended site and gave a clear plan to fit and install the EV charger. Compiled a clear written quote. Job completed on the day with no issues. Clean and tidy workers. Good communication throughout and highly recommended.

Equipment was wired incorrectly by the electrician, making it very dangerous, luckily nobody was hurt, our business was left without power for several hours and suffered loss of income due to incompetence. I called Trader the managing director when we lost power, he declined to send anyone out to help rectify his company's mistake. The emergency call out electrician put us another £120 out of pocket, he was shocked when he discovered the dangerous mistake and wrote a safety report which was submitted toTrader. Trader has ignored all attempts at contact, instead of dealing with the issue head on.

Very pleased with the job and the friendly and efficient electrician.
