I was extremely happy with the service provided. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was carried out professionally, with great care taken to keep everything clean and tidy. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and took the time to explain the repair, as well as future options and potential costs. Overall, a very reliable and knowledgeable plumber.
