  He was extremely knowledgeable about boilers and explained everything clearly, helping me understand things I wasn’t familiar with. He was also friendly and showed genuine interest in getting to know me.

  Radiators were not heating up although boiler was working as it should. Making the house very cold.

  From the moment I first contacted him, he was friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to fit me in his schematic short notice. When it came to the work he communicated well, was efficient, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Heating is working perfectly now. I will definitely recommend him.

  Boiler service and leaking water filter fix

  James was very quick to contact and was able to fit us in at a convenient time for me. He fixed the problem (a leaking water filter) and did a service for us for a very reasonable price and I’m sure I’ll be contacting him in the future. Would 100% recommend!

  Gas Safety Certification

  James was prompt, clear and transparent from start to finish. As I’m someone who’s not overly familiar with the world of gas and boilers, it was really reassuring to speak with James. Ultimately communication is key, Partner Heating Services excel in this department. 10/10 would recommend for all jobs big and small, I’ve already lined up the next job I need help with!

  Had James and his young apprentice round today for some work on my heating system, from start to finish James was great, very friendly and helpful kept me updated with times and gave me a quote before starting and that was the price paid something that doesn’t happen often these days. He took the time to explain how my new equipment worked in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend him and have no doubts about using him again for anything in the future. Thanks again James :)
