From start to finish Paul and his team were second to none - from day 1 in meeting and quoting through to the end nothing was too much trouble; all of his team checked and asked throughout if needing any changes, was it how we wanted; gave advice; everything arrived on time. They were cleanest builders I have ever had; had a sense of humour and Paul visited regularly and kept in touch. We left them with keys when on holiday and he sent pictures to keep us updated. He is very busy and I can see why but it was well worth the wait - highly recommend and we would certainly contact them again.

Paul Arter is very friendly and polite, all aspects of the work were thoroughly discussed prior to the estimate being supplied. Paul and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. Great communication throughout the project and guided us with areas we weren’t sure on. First class workmanship from all trades which were project managed and coordinated to bring the renovation in on time and budget. Paul also liaised with other suppliers we bought in to ensure everything ran as smooth as possible. Considerate to neighbours. Clean/tidy throughout. Building control was taken care of with sign off and all documentation provided for testing immediately upon completion. We have no hesitation in recommending P Arter at all.
