We are responsible for an elderly friend who had to go into a care home. We have had an enormous amount of work in sorting her possessions. But the final effort was to remove everything that had no resale value and clear the flat to be sold. James quoted a fair price, and performed the job exactly as agreed over two days. He is polite and efficient. We strongly recommend him.
