Easy to book via phone, quick availability of a couple of days and prompt to appointment. Follow up issue if boiler service certificate was also very prompt - same day. Excellent service from start of process from quote to completion. A comprehensive bathroom upgrade requirement included adding a heating radiator, plumbing an Insignia Shower cabin, installing and plumbing a Triton 1.5kw water heater, a new toilet, a sink and installing a water softener in an awkward place where the stopcock is located. A truly excellent piece of plumbing throughoutthat included matching imperial and metric pipework.
