    Multiple areas of damp

    George and Dan were great from the moment they turned up to assess and quote for our damp issues. Very informative and talked us through the whole process. everywhere was left as clean and tidy as possible when 3 rooms are getting the walls taken apart. We were more than happy to leave the guys a set of keys to get on when we were at work. If needed we'll definitely use Parkside Construction again.

    George from Parkside Construction were polite, professional, and did a great job addressing the damp issues at our property. They were clean, tidy, and very conscientious throughout the work.     Outside Work - Reliable & professional Team

    George & his team have recently carried out a general refurbishment at my property & I genuinely can't recommend Parkside Constructions highly enough. Considering the unrealistic time frames required & the complexity of the tasks, they always found a solution to the issues & delivered a high end finish. I really appreciated the effort made in leaving the site as clean & dust free as possible (it's hard having work carried out while living in a property, but they made it effortlessly easy) I look forward to working with you & your team on the next stage.

    Damp proof

    Had damp work investigates, surveyed and carried out. Work done to a high standard. Really pleased with the work. There was a delayed start and a late finish but communication was good throughout. Everything was kept tidy from this dusty job!

    Prompt, Helpful, Knowledgeable and Polite

    George was professional and highly knowledgeable. He conducted the survey at short notice for a fixed price and provided clear and confident insights throughout. He also offered helpful advice on unrelated matters without any pressure (or complaint). While he provided quotes for the required work, his assessment felt honest and objective, with no signs of exaggeration to upsell services. I think the fairest summary is to say that I would confidently recommend him to friends and family without any hesitation.
