I had Joe come into convert a garage into living space, install some RSJ’s, put up some stud walls, lay a concrete pad for a shed base, brick up some windows and cut out some new ones. Joe always turned up when expected and there were no problems with the work he carried out.

Recently purchased a house, where the previous owner had started stripping down the utility room, left it in a poor state and gave up half way through. Joe and Luke were more than happy to come in and help finish off the room. They worked non stop in completely renovating the room, from beading, to plastering, They are very professional and also very friendly. Would highly recommend Parkside building services to anyone looking for work.

I commend Joe and Luke for the work they did for me, they were punctual, professional and got on with the task at hand. There was good communication in relation to what needed to be done and left everywhere clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend Joe to family and friends, thank you both, very nice meeting you.

Called upon joe as I was in urgent need for my kitchen to be plastered as my new kitchen was been delivered, he got back to me in great time and managed to squeeze me in in a matter or days. Even stayed late to make sure everything was done As for quality of work, cleaning up and professionalism it speaks for itself! fantastic

Joe was very courteous and did the job well this is the second time I have asked Joe to do brickwork as the first time he made such a good job and cleaned up after doing the job .The price was as quoted very pleased would recommend
