I used Parish Property Services to renovate my rented property. Mark understood my budget, time limits and my overall objectives. He prepared a very detailed and granular quotation for the works and helped me to find suitable materials within my budget. He also provided daily progress updates until completion which I appreciated. There were a few findings during the renovation which Mark didn’t consider in his original estimation and he priced those very reasonably and quickly which allowed work to continue smoothly. Overall, he completed everything as per my expectations and before deadline.

Work was completed to a high standard and Mark dealt with unexpected problems most efficiently. He also made constructive suggestions which we took up for further improvements whilst carrying out the planned work.
