I recently had landscaping work done in my garden, both front and back, including paths, grass areas and walls. The team were exceptional - hard working - conscientious and always going above and beyond. They tackled every aspect diligently, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They even helped out with repairs beyond the original scope of the project, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend them for their quality work and dedication.

Good local builders. Had a bathroom and kitchen re done. Done within 3weeks. Had a few snags as expected but rest assured they will return to get it sorted

Rio’s team completed a recent bathroom refit for us at short notice. His team were fantastic, working late and tidying up each night to a high standard. When a part (not supplied by Rio) failed a week after fitting they returned and replaced free of charge. Saeed especially was great. We would recommend and will be using Rio again in future.

The manager Rio was a pleasure to deal with, he communicated freely with me throughout the project. He visited the site daily and was very approachable, making himself available to answer my questions and queries and explain options and give advice. All very reassuring. The team of three workmen who carried out the work were exceptional. They were punctual and hard working, nice to deal with and took pride in their work, making sure things were completed to high standards. A professional team. I would recommend them and would employ their services again. Many thanks to the team.

Pardis contacted me promptly and after some discussion they were able to send someone over first thing the following moning. Saeed workd efficiently, effectively, cleanly and was wholly professional throughout. He even pointed out that I needed new filters for the steam hood over the hob. I would certainly recommend Pardis and its personnel.

The job was to repair a bathroom floor that had been rotted out by an undetected leak. Pardis were able to start work within a week of the initial quote. The job turned up much bigger than anticipated due to the extent of the damage and the sheer volume of rotted wood that had to be removed. The team worked a 12-hour shift to take out the bathroom fixtures, remove and rebuild the floor, then put everything back; that still wasn't enough so they came back in the morning of the next working day to finish off.
