Jon is exceedingly diligent and conscientious - all the windows were pristine after he spent a generous amount of time and care with them. Jon even offered to return if the finished work had not been considered totally satisfactory. He is a very rare find indeed and I want him to return even if I pay more than his usual fee! Jon travelled outside his usual radius so as not to let me down last minute such is the hallmark of his decency and reliability.
