The staff who turned up and did the job were great, they cleaned well and were professional. However, they were also 3 hours late and no-one proactively contacted me to let me know. I had to call the main office to check that they were still coming and admin staff were already aware of the delay but hadn't informed me.

Paradise provided an end of tenancy clean for me, they did an amazing job - they were competitively priced, arrived on time, completed the work promptly and cleaned to an excellent standard (no comments from the rental agency which was great). Would highly recommend and have passed on details to friends already.

So far customer service has been excellent, courteous , fast and booking made and agreed . Feel very confident already

After my cleaner cancelled I booked Paradise Cleaning Solutions at late notice for my end of tenancy deep clean. The team arrived when they said, and worked tirelessly to complete the whole house within a four hour timeframe. Everyone was polite, helpful and knew what needed to be done. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Would recommend.l
