An excellent experience from start to finish. I had a very competitive quote for an EV charger which I accepted and the work was scheduled in. There was great communication and I received reminders by text and email of when they were going to do the work. On the day, Rene was the installer and they did a brilliant job. The cabling was exceptionally neat and tidy which my other half was very impressed with! We wouldn't hesitate to get them to do other work for us and would recommend them 100%.

Paradigm were unable to help with our particular problem, but went the extra mile in not only recommending another local company, but they had also already contacted them to check that they would be able to hep. What great customer service. ***** 5 STARS

I contacted Paradigm for some emergency advice on a Saturday evening about a partial outage. They responded immediately and offered to diagnose my problem via video chat before sending someone over to look at the fuse box. The gentleman who dealt with us patiently identified the issue and helped us to resolve it there and then. Brilliant service.
