    This person would not fix the issue he left. He quoted seeing the job, took my money and then left the job not completed. VERY POOR JOB, DECEITFUL.

    Hi I am so sorry that the customer has had this experience from us the job was to paint a lounge there was a damp issue on one wall that was treated when we finished few days later customer contacted me to say the paint had reacted so I returned and rectified it the customer was happy ive heard no more from him im more than happy to discuss this with the customer and rectify the issue and give him a refund im not deceitful and would like to get any issues sorted again our apologies

    The workmanship deteriorated over the course of the job. It Started at acceptable and reduced from there. The wood was not sanded and prep thoroughly. Only the bare minimum was done after some encouragement from me. Filler was left rough and ready in places and just painted over. Missed or rushed coats of paint. I had to repeatedly request that obvious patches were re-painted and I continue to find missed spots now. The site was regularly left in a real mess including paint drops on the windows and conservatory roof. Conservatory windows were painted shut resulting in chips when opened.

    This customer was advised by me that most of the timber on the facia boards barge boards was rotten and was told on many occasion that it needs replacing he wanted it wood hardened and filled and painted over as his budget was running out
