  Panos was excellent - he was punctual, communicative, and really tidy on the whole. His quality of work is very high and he is meticulous. It did mean that some things took a bit longer but in my opinion it's better that he was careful and meticulous and that the work was done properly and thoroughly, which it was, rather than things being a rush and then not working or falling apart.
