  The boiler and immersion heater in a tenanted property both failed

  Raj contacted promptly and agreed to a next-day visit for a free assessment. He identified the boiler fan as faulty, with an additional issue with the immersion. We agreed on a fee to service the fan, with no guarantee on its longevity. Raj returned later to give the fan a second nudge and guide the tenants usage while awaiting parts for a full repair. He coordinated with the tenants to schedule the follow-up & completed without needing to follow up on. Throughout the process, Raj was polite, calm, professional, and works in a approach that is straight forward, to the point and methodical.

  Had a leaking overflow from my toilet, Raj came and sorted it all out for me. A nice tidy job.

  Raj contacted me and asked me for photos to help him see what the problem was. He quoted me a good price and agreed a day to come. He was friendly and tidy and got the job done. Would recommend.
