From initial contact to completion Rob and his team were superb. The design process was made easy by going to the shop together to discuss and choose tiles and products. When it came to fitting the bathroom a few problems were identified, Rob resolved these quickly for us. We are very pleased with our new bathroom, especially the attention to detail. I asked Rob to help us with fixing problems that we were left with, from the contractors we had used to refurbish our bathroom in October. Rob promptly responded to my request and gave me knowledgeable answers for the job I needed done.He came to our place and fixed our shower and installed new bathtub taps quickly and efficiently. Now, we can finally enjoy our shower and bathtub thanks to him. I wished I called Rob and his company to carry out the whole refurbishment in the first place. I highly recommend him.
