A great team . Professional, friendly and honest. Arrived on time, did the job to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. Was very impressed with the work and would definitely recommend.

We had the roof re-tiled. The job was very well organised from start to finish. Upon inspection when the existing tiles were stripped off, they found some rotten timber rafters. Pete explained the problem and replaced the timbers to strengthen the roof. Before starting to put the new roof tiles on they repointed the chimney stack as the cement was crumbling and the chimney pot was loose. They also replaced all fascia’s and guttering to my house. On completion of the job, they tidied everything up and made This was a first class job and wouldn’t hesitate to have more work done by PM Building

Mr Mounsey carry out a garage conversion at my house . At that time in 2019 I was satisfied with his job started in November 2019 and finished approximate 90% just before Christmas The only remaining job was to fit the doors and the roof bay. Because of the lead time of the items which need to be deliver I agree to pay in full the job and once the items arrive it will be fitted as promised. Everything was ok with the doors , he came over and carry out the job as promised Now in 2021 I am still waiting for the roof bay. He is not answering to my calls and e mails from January 2021

PM Building and associates were excellent from start to finish. The standard of the work carried out was excellent and completed on time, with no unexpected costs. The price quoted was reasonable and he payment plan was appropriate. Pete and his team are very easy to get along with and do their utmost to cause minimal disruption. They are flexible, hardworking and honest and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone
