Sofa and garden waste collection

The appointment was booked for Monday 4th August in the afternoon. They did not turn up and no answer to calling them. They finally replied to my message (through here) around 6pm saying they have had a fall and are in A&E! Am I dealing with a pensioner here?? This is plainly obviously a lie. I am extremely disappointed and angry they just left me waiting for them all day and then lied. This is disgusting behaviour for a company to treat clients.

Fridge and freezer removal

We had got in touch for the removal of an old under counter fridge and freezer. The communication was very poor with us needing to constantly get in touch to arrange the removal. We eventually arranged for a Saturday morning at around 9:30 so I called them at 10:30 on the Saturday and they said they had had some van trouble but would still be coming. I called again at 2pm and 3pm with no answer so left a voicemail and still heard nothing back. Waste of time

Ross was extremely polite and helpful, he explained what he was going to do, the arrival time and the cost. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job, and were very professional Great job 👍

House renovation waste removal

Got back to me really quickly and came round and gave a quote, had a little bit more work to do before the waste could be collected so when I was ready, just dropped a message and they were round the next day, very friendly and reliable, would definitely recommend

I was delighted with the company they were so friendly but so professional. all the work carried out was of an extremely high standard, my dad who's house it was said they had such a good nature and couldn't do enough for you we wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
