Basically, they didn't do the job. They made me wait for 2 weeks for taking window measurements. After taking measurements a couple of hours later they contacted, and they said they need scaffolding to do the job. That is understandable, but after I queried about a quote on that, no response, no communication. The way they communicate to customer, and their reliability is very poot.

This was a relatively small job but Dave responded quickly and all communication with him was good. They were punctual and completed the work quickly and tidily. Excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend P&D Windows and Doors.
