Outstanding service from start to finish. What began as a simple leak repair turned into a full bathroom renovation, new radiators, and acoustic panel installation and the lads delivered brilliantly every step of the way. Fair pricing, excellent communication, and always happy to help with advice throughout the process. The workmanship was top class, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Really positive experience starting from first contact; they arrived on time and completed the work to a great standard. The communication throughout the job was clear and they went out of the way to make things work around the ideas we had.

Arrived as promised, replaced the tap and took the old one away. Kitchen left clean and tidy. Really pleased with the work.

I had been putting this job off for some time and found P&B Heating due to their high reviews. Good communication throughout and quote for the work I needed doing was very competitive. Slight hiccup as originally arranged to attend on Tuesday at 10:30/11 - but messaged last minute on the day to reschedule to a time I couldn’t do due to commitments. Minor point though as all was sorted and rearranged for the next day at 9. Arrived on time and what I thought would be a time consuming job was done within 30/40 mins. Quality of work was good and no mess left at all. Would use again.

the guys from p&b arrived ahead of time and did a very professional job in replacing my bathroom tap. They also cleaned up as they went along and even took away the old tap and packaging. I would definitely recommend this company as I discussed further work with them in the future
