We are genuinely very sorry to read this review. We take enormous pride in our workmanship and aftercare. To hear that any customer feels this disappointed is extremely upsetting to us. We would never allow any piece of furniture to leave our workshop unless we believed it met the high standards we are known for and we would like the opportunity to put this right.
