Water flowing out of overflow pipe. Contacted Jamie who responded quickly and replaced ball valve in loft, problem solved. Jamie's price was fair. He is reliable and has a professional approach to his work. I would employ him again.

Probably one of the best contractors I have ever had to deal with regarding communication, experience and competency. Jamie was a pleasure to deal with, he knows his trade and solves problems without any fuss. He removed and replaced a toilet. He turned up on time, removed the exisiting toilet and insalled the new one with no fuss and left the bathroom spotless. I would highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with Jamie’s work ethic, which strongly came across as, “If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.” He was also very polite and helpful and seems very honest, so I felt confident that my home was in good hands. I no longer have a water-spraying kitchen tap nor a leaking bathroom pipe, and the jammed stop-tap has been replaced with all that’s needed, on new piping, including a lever which is very handy for me. He made sure that any related plumbing was safe and secure. All was left clear and tidy. I have already asked him back to tackle other work at a later date.

Jamie has worked for me before and I didn't hesitate to call him again, this time to stop the leak in a recessed Missel toilet cistern. He responded immediately and came in person promptly, and as promised. Everything was promptly and tidily fixed for which I'm most grateful!
