Richard was so professional, helpful and pleasant . We booked him in for odd jobs and some paint work. He had to come several times as we had some issues (damp, bad replastering work by someone else), but zero complaints, and he wanted the job done right. He even suggested adding some woodwork to the job we'd done and didn't charge us for it, and arranged for a plumber to come to help sort something out. We also asked him to install a few hooks on the day he came and again he didn't charge us for it. Very pleasant guy, quiet and left things clean. I'll be hiring him again without hesitation.

Richard is our go-to trusted handyman. On this occasion he expertly installed a new vanity unit, fixed a problem with our toilet, installed a new extractor fan and re-sealed parts of a shower tray. As always, we were very pleased with the quality of the work. We would highly recommend Richard’s services.

Leaking toilet

Richard came & checked our toilet which had been leaking intermittently for weeks. He found where the leak was coming from,took the toilet apart & found that it was the doughnut washer between the cistern and the toilet seat. He had the part with him and fixed the problem within an hour and charged us £70 We had previously called plumbers in a few weeks earlier who said they couldn't work out what the problem was. They took the whole toilet apart & said it would probably be best to change the whole internal cistern. This took 2 hours and cost £350! I wish I'd called in Richard earlier!
