  Ali and his team did an excellent job repairing the leakage damage, replacing coving, and restoring existing covings. Their attention to detail in preparing the woodwork and walls for decorating was outstanding. Ali takes personal pride in his work and ensures the final finish meets the highest standards. He communicated well throughout the process, especially when challenges arose, always offering practical solutions to suit our needs. I will definitely hire him again.

  Ali was fantastic — everything was done to an extremely high standard. He was polite, punctual, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout. When our kids accidentally scratched the paint on a door, he kindly came back the following week to patch it up without fuss — we’d highly recommend him!

  Efficient and Effective

  Very impressed by the service from start to finish. Communication was fantastic from Ali throughout and the job was performed efficiently to a high quality. The area was kept clean and on exit everything was taken away and disposed of. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to take on any decorating jobs.

  I decided to use Panacea because they responded quickly to my ad, and were able to handle the repairs (plastering and rendering) and also the decorating. All the work was done to a high standard, and the walls look really fresh and bright now. Ali was proactive in suggesting extra bits and pieces, eg doing the adjoining parts areas as well as the repaired sections, so that it all blended in. Gema handled the project management and admin and kept in touch about timelines. Both she and Ali were professional and pleasant to work with.
