I would highly recommend the lads, they were extremely tidy and laid dust sheets through the entire house before work started and hoovered once finished. The quality of the install was brilliant we are chuffed to bits with how it all looks and works and will be recommending them to all our friends.

The window was replaced to a high standard. They were very clean, tidy and courteous. The only points for improvement would be the date for work was changed due to sickness at last minute. The other is the window was configured the opposite way around to the original. These were very small issues in comparison with the quality of work and politeness.

I was recommended by a friend to use Danny who is part of Palmerston, from the outset all my phone calls and text messages were all dealt with quickly and professionally. I asked for advice throughout and got given unbiased help and felt I was looked after. On the day of installation Danny and his colleague (I forgot his name!!) came nice and early and on time and was given updates through the day. I really am pleased with the quality of the work and will recommend PPM to friends and family.
