  We've been using Phil's services for many years now. He has installed new boilers for us in two seperate houses and his work is always of a high quality. He is professional, polite and tidy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  After being left without heating when a valve broke in our home I wrote a message on check a trade, Phil rang and managed to get over to us within a couple of hours. He turned the heating on so it bypassed the broken valve to make sure we weren’t left without heating any longer. He ordered the new part and was back with us within 24hr to supply and fit a new valve. Within 24hr of speaking with Phil we were back up and running with heating as usual. Thank you for your punctual help! For being trustworthy and knowledgeable-We’ll be using you for any plumbing/heating/boiler needs in the future!

  On contacting Phil, he instantly organised for Steven to attend my 88 year old mother's flat to advise her on a walk-in shower. He was very professional and polite and explained everything very clearly to her. They then went over and above, by carrying heavy bathroom panels up 10 flights of stairs as they wouldn't fit in the lift. They left everything very clean and tidy and were very respectful. The service they provided my mum was exceptional, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Phil, Steven an Simon :)
