I had what I thought was a bees nest, however it turned out to be masonry bees, which I had never heard of. Making an appointment was easy and Simon replied promptly. Simon took the time to explain my options to treat them after a visit to investigate. Excellent service and I will definitely call Simon in the future if I have any other pest issues.

Simon was excellent. We had been experiencing lots of scratching noises from our attic and in the ceilings and voids in the dormers in our house. I had initially put shop bought poison down which I thought had solved the problem but on New year's day the scratching had returned. Simon initially came and inspected all of our drains, and looked for entry points and put down poison himself in the attic. Within 24 hours the problem had gone away but Simon still returned for 3 further visits to ensure everything was sorted out. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a very friendly service.

Simon was very professional as well as being polite and respectful. He proved that he was very knowledgable about his trade which was comforting as dealing with pests is an unpleasant experience.Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service

Simon is always courteous, conscientious and respectful at every visit. A gentleman. Having rats underneath your home and in the attic make you feel horrible and he said to just ring and he'll be there as soon as possible, and he has been. I would always contact Simon if I hear them again. 10/10.

We got in touch with Simon regarding a moth problem. From the onset of our communication Simon was professional informative and friendly. On the agreed day he explained every aspect of what he was going to be doing. All went well. He very kindly came back for a second visit to treat an area that couldn't be done first time as it housed a long unit. This had now been removed along with the carpet and then he treated the area.
