Chose Page Landscapes from Marshalls Paving as a certified installer. Issues started shortly after the install back in Sept 2024. After many emails/registered letter, Mark visited in June 25, said he’d fixed the issues. 1. Spaces under patio slabs so they move & grout cracks/flakes. 2. Cracks across and down render in raised bed. 3. Flooding issues and improper connection with waste drain. Thought we might be being too picky so Marshalls sent assessor & found more issues than those he still hadn’t fixed. Now, having to take legal action as he is unwilling to visit again until Spring 26.

Relaying of large patio and paths that had come loose

Mark has a wealth of experience in hard landscaping and was able to offer solutions to our paving and drainage problems. He and his team; Liam and Harley, were all extremely punctual, reliable, and hard working. Communication from start to finish was great and Mark was really flexible with slight changes to the project as it unfolded. They were all such a pleasure to work with and the end result was fantastic. We were so impressed with the attention to detail; Mark really is a perfectionist. Thank you guys for giving us such a lovely paved area; we absolutely love it.

Block paving replacing concrete/tarmac driveway

Mark and his team were hard working and courteous. They arrived punctually and worked solidly to give us a lovely block paved drive to be proud of. They were a pleasure to have around and nothing was too much trouble. We were given full information at every stage.

Front of house (driveway, landscape, pathway and rendering)

We wanted to modernise the front of our house and were blown away with the transformation Mark done. The original tired brickwork was rendered with a perfect smooth finish and the block paving driveway replaced with a stunning design to complement the new stone pathway. To finish off the new look, Mark created a raised lawn area set with sleepers giving the finish a real wow factor. We're delighted with the outcome and all the neighbours have complemented it and taken Marks details!

Patio/Terrace

Mark and his team, having already brilliantly completely rebuilt our driveway and retaining walls two years ago, put in a new patio/terrace for the side of our house this time. I cannot recommend his work enough. He has vision, great skill and is a real pleasure to have around. His work is second to none. He comes up with great designs and ideas, without which our job would have been nowhere near as elegant.
