    Really happy with our new space, Paddox construction did a fantastic job. They were good with updates and advice, and always cleaned up after themselves . They also assisted to find tradesmen to help with kitchen fitting and garden.

    I could not recommend Dave and Marcus enough! On top of doing an amazing job at bringing my plans to life, they are the nicest guys, always so warm and friendly to have around, everything was such high quality and every day left clean and tidy which as a solo renovator working full time was so appreciated. I spoke to more than a dozen construction companies when getting quotes for my extension and I can honestly say Paddox were the best by a mile - would not hesitate to use them again for my next project. Thank you!!

    Dave and Marcus (and Gav!) were brilliant - well organised, tidy and approachable throughout the process. They took onboard everything we wanted and delivered it to a really high standard without any hassle, providing us with helpful advice along the way and giving us confidence that things were being done right. All other trades were managed brilliantly despite set backs, and we were kept up to date with when things would be complete etc. I would highly recommend Paddox to anyone

Extensions or loft conversions - With a range of packages we can provide loft conversions and extensions whether they be rear, side, wrap-around or two-storey builds to create more upstairs and downstairs living space.

New outbuildings - Looking to build a new workshop or garden studio for a home gym, golf simulator or home office? Or maybe you're looking to build a new garage or to utilise an existing one and convert a garage into a new usable space, whatever your requirements we're here to help.
