  Very pleased with new installation of outside tap. Options were discussed before start of work. Very clean and tidy work. Good communications. And a small issue was resolved quickly and effectively, a sign of a good company. Reasonably priced too. Will remember then for any future work.

  Punctual and Efficient

  Showed up on time, and carried out work efficiently within the estimated time. Only complaint is that when I asked for the estimate before we arranged the work, they didn't include the call out fee of £60, so when the work was finished, the amount I was asked to pay was more than I was expecting.

  Call Out charge

  It seems I can't adjust my review, so I need to add a new one. Even though Luke did a fantastic job, when I received the invoice, it was different to what had been quoted. We have been charged a £65 call out fee. This wasn't mentioned in the quote. Make sure this is included to get a true price.

  Excellent service from PADDINGTON EMERGENCY PLUMBERS LIMITED. They installed a shower chair for my mother-in-law, arriving right on time and communicating well throughout. The work was completed on the scheduled day, the area was left spotless, and most importantly, my mother-in-law is very happy with the job.
