communication throughout was good. our point of contact on the 1st visit Nads is verry knowledgeable with unique eye and a personality to match she was able to make our vision for our house come out on paper in the initial stages. Ben has had to guide me through processes from time to time. He took on our thoughts / revisions and made them work The team are now in the process of drawing up the structural aspect of the project after they got the planning permission through without a hitch on there part.

Planning and Building Regulations felt confusing at first, but Paddick handled the technical side and kept us updated along the way.

The structural calculations were turned around much quicker than we expected, which kept our project moving.

Really happy with the service. Ben sorted our extension drawings and dealt with Building Control which took a lot of the stress away. Would definitely recommend.
