After contacting Graham, we arranged a date and time. He arrived promptly with good contact. He was friendly, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Fast response to the enquiry, ordered the potential part prior to arrival (internal ice unit for fridge)”if we don’t need it I can send it back” saving an extra call out charge. Upon meeting Graham you can tell he is a genuine guy trying to do his best for the customers whilst earning a living. Hope nothing else breaks but if it does I now know who to call.
