  Pacifica Local were extremely prompt in getting in touch and came back with their quote the same night.Kept us informed about the part ordered and timescale for fitting new fan in oven.Gave a time slot for fitting and even rang to apologise when delayed by job before ours.Very efficient doing the job and would use them again.Can totally recommend this firm to everybody.

  Graham handled initial communication with me. Sourced the required part from a couple of screenshots then liaised directly with the Tenant to resolve the issue by changing over the part at their convenience.

  Washing machine

  Recently called Pacifica to look at my washing machine which had stopped working and he arrived at short notice and quickly got to work to locate the problem which turned out to be a couple of blockages,. He checked all the pipework and connections before testing the machine to make sure everything was working properly. Very polite and efficient worker and I would highly recommend this company.

  I contacted Graham about a broken on/off button on my washing machine. He gave me a rundown of the costs etc., which I thought were very reasonable, and he was able to come later the same day which was great. Another plus was that he phoned in advance to let me know what time he would be arriving. Graham was professional yet friendly and fixed my washer with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended!
