  Really friendly person, great communication before the job and got it done very quickly. It was very helpful to have the tracker to see where I was in the job line and to be notified when he was on his way so I wasn’t waiting around all morning

  Very good experience with Pacifica. Quick and easy to contact, agreed to take a look at the machine before calling put and were punctual and smart when arriving. Quoted us for a new part but stated they weren't sure if it would necessarily fix it so it was up to us to decide on risking a new part or just getting a replacement. Explained all our options really well and had we gone with a repair I imagine this would have been a good experience as well. Would recommend choosing them if you need any repair work.

  Found Graham through Checkatrade on Friday and he came to fix our dishwasher today (Monday). His prices are really reasonable and communition in booking us in was great. He fixed our dishwasher (yay!) and then stayed a while to make sure it was definitely sorted. He was friendly and professional - we'd definitely recommend him.

  The gentleman phoned and arranged atime for visit, arrived on time, inspected machine, informed me a part was needed, & would contact me when he could fit it. He phoned me, came & fitted the part.

  Cracking oven repair

  Quick and helpful response to my request for my AEG oven repair. Great communication from the off and a date arranged quickly to carry out the work once the part arrived - two days from my initial request! He arrived on time, carried out the work as requested, neat & tidy and all for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you.
