P.A.C. Commercial Interiors is a small family based business based in the Brighton area Although P.A.C. is a fairly new venture 9 years,
the C.E.O, Peter Carty has over 40 years experience in the building industry. P.A.C. is staffed by Peter himself, his two sons and a close group of workers.
After leaving school in 1976, Peter Carty went to work in the building trade for a local building company. Shortly after finishing his apprenticeship he trained as a decorator. The company he worked for at the time was taken over and Peter was made redundant.
Peter then worked locally for a builder and anywhere else he could pick up work, as he was still fairly young and did not have many contacts. He started working with a builder who mainly did conversion works (large Victorian houses converted into flats) as he built up his own client base he relied on others less and less.
Peter continued to increase his client base, mainly in the commercial field. He was doing maintenance works for various property owners and landlords, as his two sons left school they joined the company as did his brother in law before them.
The company continued for many years and in 2010 he joined with another company in order to take on much larger projects for Balfour Beatty and Amen among others. This went well but in late 2014 Peter decided to leave and start a new company and in October 2014 formed P.A.C Commercial Interiors.
Peter retained his original client base (now going back over 30 years).
