The office was very efficient, flexible and helpful in setting up an appointment for a job which it was unclear how complicated it might be. The team who came was excellent. They were very creative in finding a solution when the task was not as expected. They were careful, polite, tidy and thorough in solving problems, leaving us with an excellent result.

I highly recommend Carter’s Electrical Services. Emma, Ryan and Simon were a delight to work with: they were prompt to respond, reliable, consulted me as needed throughout the EV charger installation and completed the work to a high standard.

After only a week of living in our first house we bought, a number of sockets and lights stopped working! Neither of us had a clue what to do beside checking the fuse box and Googling the problem. We contacted Carter's Electrical Services and within 48 hours, Simon and Ryan were at our door. They fixed every single socket and light switch, leaving them in a better state than they found them. Simon takes real pride in the work he does; he didn't rush or try to cut corners. They were both so pleasant to spend time with, which was lucky as they were here about 3 hours! Thank you so much.
