  I have had an exceptional experience with this company. I contacted them on a saturday evening to look into a leak in the toilet. They arrived on sunday morning, fixed the leak, left no mess and were extremely polite throughout. Would highly recommend and will be contacting them again when I need plumbing or electrical work.

Technically well informed, has sound problem solving skills and explains everything clearly and concisely. Quality of work it to a high standard and has respect for clients property. He is always well spoken and is calm and in control of the situation even under precarious circumstances or situations. Price structure is fair.

  Engineers are qualified and efficient.

  I had a broken down boiler that needed fixing. I called out the company for a quote on a new boiler, as my old one was almost 18 years old. I was advised by the engineer not to replace the boiler as it is still in good condition. The engineer advised on getting the broken part replaced instead. Good advice as I got the boiler fixed and saved money. Engineers are very professional, polite and helpful. Keep up the good work.
