I’ve been using Oxford Alarm Company for several years now. They fitted a new alarm system for me and have maintained it ever since. They always arrive on time, are polite, and even cover their shoes to protect your carpets. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

After an initial contact with Oxford Alarm Company Ltd an E mail was sent to me detailing all itemised cost's associated with the work to be carried out. An appointment was made and the Engineer was punctual. polite & carried out the alarm/camera works in a organised efficient manner!

We engaged Oxford Alarm Company to replace and ageing system that had become prone to false alarms (sorry neightbours!) and lacked modern features. Very happy with the service provided, and with the new system. The ability to now manage the system securely using our mobile devices and reassurance that the Oxford Alarm Company are able to diagnose any issues remotely if required is particulary welcome.
