Punctual and good value

Oxford AERIALS called me within 20mins of me placing the job on Checkatrade. Phil arrived the following morning and quickly found the problem, in a rather complicated set-up I have here, then explained in easy to understand terms how the problem could be fixed, the time it would take and that he had all the necessary parts required to sort everything there and then. Tidy, efficient and reasonably priced service, can highly recommend.

Came promptly and explained the size and potential cost of the job. But as Christmas was imminent because they couldn't do what was needed immediately, they went out of their way to install a temporary arrangement to ensure we could continue to view over the holiday season. When they returned on the agreed date, Tony was at pains to (1) find our 'missing' booster, (2) explain what was happening and (3) very obligingly work around us and our furniture. We were very satisfied especially as the final bill was lower that originally indicated due to some anticipated expenditure not being needed.

Shaun called, quoted price, agreed time to carry out work, which was to be a week later. I did ask if could be completed sooner as aerial hanging on roof. (Work was completed that same day, impressive) Wouldn’t hesitate to use Oxford Aerials again. 10/10.
