James and his colleagues responded quickly to my query and were quick to respond. He and his colleagues were helpful and did a good job of explaining everything to me. When James and his colleagues left, I felt that I had a better understanding of how my flat’s appliances work and I was confident that my problem had been resolved.

I was in urgent need of a plumber to stop a terrible leak caused by a malfunctioning ball valve & replace a seized stopcock. James from Owlett Heating came highly recommended so I called & he came round within 2 hours with the replacement parts in brass & fitted them for a reasonable price. He's very personable, polite, quick & clean & I will definately use him again & have no hesitation recommending him to anyone else.

We recently had a new combi gas boiler installed by James Owlett of Owlett Heating and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. James provided a clear, competitive quote and explained everything thoroughly, giving us confidence from the start. Communication was professional and reliable throughout. On installation day, James and two additional engineers completed the job efficiently in just one day. The team worked hard, kept everything tidy, and were respectful of our home. The installation was neat, fully tested, and clearly explained. An excellent service - highly recommended.

We had issues with our heating. James came to site assessed the problem replaced the old warm air heating with a system boiler and megaflo and radiators. All up and running perfectly. Excellent job quick turnaround and very competitive price. Would highly recommend Marie
