    I went back to this company as I was so impressed with the service I received last time. From my initial phonecall to the visit itself, I was treated politely and like a valued customer. The repair and costs were explained to me before work was commenced, with options according to what was needed/ what I wanted to pay. I feel confident in a job well done at a satisfactory price.

    Great service and polite owner.

    Had a problem with my upvc back door, phoned Owen up had a chat about the issue, he came the next morning fixed broken mechanism and realigned the door. Working perfectly now. I found owen to be a very knowledgeable and ke explained everything that needed doing in a way that i understood.

    Excellent service - no hesitation in recommending

    I was so impressed with Owen the Locksmith. Having used a variety of tradesmen recently and also being familiar with hiring tradesmen in my job role, Owen was outstanding. The work was quick and efficient but more so the quote, payment and invoice process was so slick - I'm sure he gets infinitely more work because when you ask for a quote, you actually get one promptly. The gent who came to fit the lock was on time and friendly.
