10 Cowling on Chimney

After we had a flood in our dining room from an un-capped chimney, after 24 hours of heavy rain, we asked Owen to come and fit a cowl. He sent Rob round who did the job quickly and efficiently. Rob is a courteous and polite man who did an excellent job. We are now feeling safe for the next storm. Owen responded to my phone call and came round straight away to look at the problem with my roof, he then arranged for a temporary repair to be carried out. They did a very good job in awful conditions with strong wind gusts and very heavy showers. Owen & Rob were very helpful & professional.
